Emergencies come first. Dr Muguti is a surgeon who attends emergencies. Occasionally an appointment has to move at short notice. If that happens, the practice will tell you as early as possible and offer you the next available time.
  1. You request. Pick an open time and send it. The slot is held so nobody else can take it while it is checked.
  2. Dr Muguti confirms. He replies to your message on WhatsApp himself, usually the same working day, with preparation instructions.
  3. If something changes, you get a message offering the nearest free time.
